Turns Ratio Tester

The HZTTR80A Transformer Ratio Test Device is a fully automatic tester that integrates multiple testing functions, including turn ratio, voltage ratio, vector relationship, winding connection, polarity, tap position, and excitation current. This lightweight and portable instrument, along with its accessories, is housed in a multi-functional engineering plastic case. The case is resistant to cold, heat, moisture, water, and shock, making it ideal for field tests. The device is suitable for testing both single-phase and three-phase transformers, with or without taps. The instrument can be controlled via a dedicated app downloaded on an Android phone or tablet, allowing users to store and upload test data for easy review.

In power transformers used in the production of semi-finished and finished products, before a new transformer is put into operation, and according to the national ministry’s preventive testing procedures, the transformer’s turn ratio (or voltage ratio) test must be conducted.
