1.How The Oil Filter Machine Works?
The oil filter machine relies on vacuum dehydration. Raw oil first passes through a coarse strainer to catch large debris, then enters a heater that brings it to 20–80°C. From there, the warm oil sprays into a vacuum chamber operating at ≤5 Pa. Under this extreme vacuum, dissolved water and gases flash into vapor immediately and get pulled out by the pump system. Clean oil then moves through precision filters before returning to the tank.
