The instrument uses an infrared sensor at its core, combined with high-precision sampling ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter) and a high-speed ARM CPU. This ensures that the sample data is more accurate and reliable. The instrument features a color LCD touchscreen display, with a user-friendly interface that is easy to operate.
Currently, some service providers are still using electrochemical sensors based on the principle of electrical conductivity for SF6 detection. However, these sensors cannot meet the requirements of the power industry for low-range SF6 testing, such as 0-50 PPM or 0-3000 PPM. In contrast, infrared SF6 sensors can be customized to cover these specific ranges.
