Huazheng Manufacture HZ1491 SF6 Gas Density Relay Calibrator
I.Overview
The instrument features a 7.0-inch color LCD touchscreen for human-computer interaction, making it more convenient to operate. It is equipped with a built-in high-capacity rechargeable lithium battery pack, providing an ultra-long standby time. The instrument also includes a standard USB interface, through which historical data can be exported to a USB flash drive.
In addition to calibrating SF6 density relays, the instrument can also calibrate pressure gauges and density gauges. It can automatically detect abnormal conditions during measurement. In case of pipeline leakage, air leakage, or insufficient inlet and outlet air pressure, the instrument will automatically stop operation and display a warning.
In a closed container, the SF6 gas pressure at a certain temperature can represent the density of SF6 gas. Traditionally, the standard reference temperature for SF6 gas pressure is 20°C. During on-site verification, the measured pressure value should be converted to its corresponding pressure value at 20°C, taking into account different ambient temperatures. This conversion allows for the accurate assessment of the performance of SF6 density relays.

III.Main Features
1.The density relay calibrator uses a high-performance single-chip microcomputer for detection and control. Its core components are imported, ensuring high precision, good repeatability, and high reliability.
2.The initial state of 1 to 5 groups of contacts of the density relay can be in any form (normally open or normally closed). The response and recovery values of these 1 to 5 groups of contacts can be measured simultaneously.
3.Equipped with a color touch LCD screen, the calibrator features a simple operation and an attractive interface. All parameters and states are clearly visible at a glance.
4.The calibrator automatically completes pressure measurement and conversion to the 20°C value, enabling dynamic automatic compensation between pressure and temperature. It displays the pressure under the measured ambient temperature, the pressure at 20°C, and the ambient temperature. This completely solves the problem of difficult field calibration of SF6 gas density relays.
5.All testing processes are fully automated by the single-chip microcomputer, eliminating the need for cumbersome manual air path adjustments.
6.The calibrator can store up to 50 test results and features power failure data protection. Previous test results can be queried and printed at any time.
7.No constant temperature chamber is required during the calibration process. SF6 gas density relays and pressure gauges can be calibrated within any effective temperature range.
8.The calibrator is equipped with a variety of transition joints, allowing on-site verification of density relays for most types of switches without disassembly.
9.In addition to calibrating density relays, the instrument can also calibrate 20°C pressure gauges and normal temperature pressure gauges.
10.The gas cylinder's pressure-reducing valve is professionally designed to withstand 15 MPa (150 kg/cm²), with adjustable low-pressure output. It is suitable for calibration in a metering room using nitrogen as the test gas.
