II.Principle Of Operation
The circuit is shown in the figure below. Input from X5 and X6 (AC 240V) flows through the main switch (KG), is adjusted by the voltage regulator (TY), amplified, and then outputs a large current via the current transformer from X1 and X4. The two parallel coils will output 2000A of current, with a maximum no-load voltage of 6V; the two series coils will output 1000A of current, with a maximum no-load voltage of 12V.
The ARM controller handles data display for the mouse and signal panel, manages the output of the stopwatch (connection positions or electric potential), and controls the system.
III.Usage
Use the company's dedicated power input line, dedicated high-current output line, secondary circuit line, and grounding wire. First, set the voltage regulator to zero, then plug in the 220V power supply. (If the power socket is far from the unit and a power panel needs to be used, the wire cross-section should be no less than 4.0 mm²; otherwise, the output power may be affected.) At this point, the green input indicator on the voltage regulator panel will light up, and the LCD screen of the main unit will turn on, displaying the message: "Welcome to use the HZ-109S2 Primary Current Injection Tester." The system will then enter the user interface.

Adjust the regulator knob, and the red output indicator on the regulator panel will gradually light up. The high-current terminal will output current, and the primary current meter will display the output current value. At this point, if the secondary current is input, the secondary current value will be displayed on the meter, along with the phase (indicating polarity) between the primary and secondary currents. The turn ratio of the tested transformer (0.000/5) will also be shown on the display. After use, return the regulator to zero.
