Huazheng Manufacture HZ-109S Primary Current Injection Test Set Price

The HZ-109S Primary Current Injection Tester adopts ARM chip technology for controlling output and a high-capacity toroidal transformer, and is equipped with an LCD display meter. It can simultaneously display primary current, secondary current, turn ratio, and the actuation time of the stopwatch connection (electric potential). The product features a sleek design, large output capacity, compact size, and lightweight construction, with an external aluminum alloy case and PC panel. It is primarily suited for CT turn ratio and contact resistance testing in power systems, as well as other applications requiring high current testing.

    II.Principle Of Operation

    The circuit is shown in the figure below. Input from X5 and X6 (AC 220V) power flows through the main switch (KG), is adjusted by the voltage regulator (TY), controlled by K1, and then amplified. The large current is output via the current transformer from X1 and X4. The two parallel coils will output a 1000A current, with a maximum no-load voltage of 5V. Meanwhile, the two series coils will output a 500A current, with a maximum no-load voltage of 10V.
    The ARM controller handles the data display for the mouse and signal panel, manages the output of the stopwatch (connection positions or electric potential), and controls the system.
