Huazheng HZZGF-Z Intelligent DC High Voltage Generator
I. Main Features:
1.The instrument is controlled by a microcontroller and features a 7-inch, 800×480 full-color touch LCD screen. It supports automatic switching between Chinese and English, and the display remains clear even under direct sunlight.
2.The software allows for setting the test voltage, protection voltage, and test time, and the test process can be completed automatically.
3.It includes overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, disconnection protection, non-zero start protection, ground detection, and overload protection functions.
4.The instrument displays a clock/calendar and has environmental temperature and humidity detection capabilities.
5.It can store up to 200 sets of test data, which can be directly printed or exported to a USB drive in TXT format. The data is organized in a table format and can be printed from a computer.
6.It features an RS232 communication interface with high-voltage isolation, allowing for remote control.
7.The high-end anti-shock ammeter and host have wireless communication capabilities, allowing the ammeter data to be displayed directly on the host.
8.It supports automatic tests, 10-step tests, manual tests, and zinc oxide arrester automatic tests.
9.It can perform high-voltage leakage current tests for two-section arresters with a single boost.
10.It has a unique capacitive test product automatic boost mode, preventing test interruption due to overcurrent.
11.A digital potentiometer is used, offering 7-step voltage options:
For 60-160kV equipment: 0.05 kV, 0.1 kV, 0.2 kV, 0.5 kV, 1.0 kV, 2.0 kV, 5.0 kV
For 200-350kV equipment: 0.1 kV, 0.2 kV, 0.5 kV, 1.0 kV, 2.0 kV, 5.0 kV, 10 kV
12.Wide power supply voltage input: AC 165V-245V, 50-60Hz.
13.The high-voltage doubler is encapsulated in DuPont materials, making it solid-state and eliminating insulation issues caused by air or oil-filled equipment. The lightweight outer casing with a wide base ensures stability during placement and ease of maintenance.
14.Double ground wire protection: The output control line includes an internal ground wire to ensure a proper connection between the host and the high-voltage system. Additionally, a separate ground wire terminal is provided on the chassis panel to ensure the safety of both testers and equipment.
15.The instrument is equipped with an embedded micro-printer for convenient data printing and recording.

III.Main Technical Parameters Of The Product
1. Negative polarity output, 1.1 times of the maximum rated voltage. The output ripple factor is less than 0.5%.
2. Working power supply: single-phase AC 165V～245V, 50-60HZ. At the minimum input voltage, only half of the power and voltage can be output.
