I.Main Functions and Features

The equipment utilizes the latest advancements in testing technology, incorporating breakthroughs in new technologies, devices, materials, and applications. It can perform discharge tests tailored to the specific needs of the battery, with three stages of automatic charging or multiple charge/discharge cycles. These cycles help reactivate and enhance the capacity of the battery plates. Additionally, the equipment is equipped with PC application software that allows collected data to be uploaded to a computer for further analysis.

1.Color Touch Screen: The product uses a color touch screen that can be operated with either a finger or a stylus for convenience and flexibility.

2.Data Save Mode: The data can be saved internally or externally (via SD card).

3.Protection Functions: It features automatic recovery from overvoltage, overcurrent, and overheating to ensure safe operation.

4.Activation Function: The product can perform cell activation while the battery is in an online floating charge state or offline. Users can set activation and cycling times, single-activation charge time, and protective voltage parameters before starting activation. During the process, the instrument displays battery voltage, charge/discharge current, charge/discharge capacity, charge/discharge time, and more. Users can also set activation cycles and manually stop the activation at any time.

5.Discharge Function: The tester performs constant current discharge for cells. Users can set discharge time, discharge capacity, cut-off voltage, and other parameters before beginning the discharge process. It displays discharge current, battery discharged capacity, battery voltage, discharge time, and more. Users can manually stop the discharge process as needed.

6.Charge Function: Whether the battery is in an online floating charge state or offline, the product can automatically charge the battery. Users can set charge current, charge time, cut-off voltage, and other parameters before starting the charge. The instrument will display charge current, battery charged capacity, battery voltage, charge time, and more. Users can manually stop the charging process.

7.Internal Resistance Measurement Function (Optional): After disengaging the system, the battery is discharged for 1 to 2 minutes to measure and assess the battery's internal resistance and capacity.

8.High-Brightness Color LCD Display: The display is clear and vibrant, ensuring easy reading.

9.PC Data Management Software: The software is powerful and user-friendly, providing functions for data management, printing, analysis, report statistics, and automatically generating test reports.
