The HZFD-300 Battery Discharge Tester is specifically designed for performing discharge tests on battery packs (24V, 48V, 110V, 220V), testing the remaining capacity of battery packs, conducting daily battery maintenance, and checking the load capacity of DC power supplies. Based on the discharge characteristics of lead-acid and lithium batteries, the tester can monitor parameters such as battery voltage, discharge current, discharge time, discharge capacity, and more, in real time during the discharge process. The instrument uses an embedded operating system to automate the entire discharge process, ensuring complete intelligent operation.

I.Product Overview

The tester can generate a variety of curves, bar charts, reports, and other visual representations that directly reflect the performance of the battery pack. These can be enlarged, queried, and printed for detailed analysis. Battery performance can be assessed to make battery pack maintenance and management more efficient and scientific, ultimately extending the service life of the pack. The power consumption component features a new PTC, which is compact, lightweight, and easy to move. The entire system is controlled by a microprocessor and features an LCD display with a Chinese menu interface.

It is widely applicable across industries such as telecommunications, electric power, tower services, battery manufacturers, new energy vehicle companies, railways, subways, petrochemical industries, and more. With its simple operation and safe discharge functionality, it is an ideal tool for DC system operation and maintenance testing.

When used in conjunction with the wireless unit inspection module, the battery voltage in the battery string can be effectively monitored, allowing faulty batteries with deteriorating performance to be detected in a timely manner.

• Wide test voltage range: Covering the battery pack discharge test in the voltage range of 10-300V, the maximum discharge current reaches 150A, a multi-purpose machine, to meet a variety of voltage levels (12V/24V/48V/110V/220V) battery pack test.

• The discharge using Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient has high safety factor, avoids red heat phenomenon, and has stronger adaptability to the environment, making the whole discharge test process safer and more stable.

• The main control board adopts the high-performance ARM from STMicroelectronics as the CPU: Stable performance, high frequency, and powerful. The discharge process adopts dual CPU redundancy design, and the primary and secondary CPU work together to maximize the safety and reliability of the test.

• 7 inch true color touch display: Using 1024x800 resolution HD touch display, can visually display bar charts, tables, graphs, data reports, help documents, etc. The touch pad adopts military-grade multi-layer composite film resistive touch pad, which is especially suitable for electromagnetic interference and transient pulse interference generated by DC battery room and high frequency charger.

• With multiple test template preset function: Built-in six commonly used test parameter templates, template data can be saved after power failure, save the step of re-setting each time you start, power on to start the test, truly one-click start, so that the test is simple and efficient.

• Historical data curve view: The built-in data file can be queried in the form of charts and waveform curves, and the waveform diagram can be enlarged, reduced, left shift, right shift and other multi-angle display.

• Powerful data storage and backup functions: Built-in 16GB data storage space, can store more than 1000 sets of charge and discharge data, and support historical data viewing, analysis, deletion and other functions, equipped with 16G U disk, data analysis and backup management through PC PC software.

• With calibration function: The instrument has the function of voltage and current calibration and correction. The measurement error can be calibrated and corrected on site to ensure the measurement accuracy. This function is especially suitable for use when instrument readings are required to be consistent with field instruments.

• Multiple discharge test alarm functions can be set:Including discharge capacity, discharge time, single voltage threshold, whole group voltage threshold, etc., automatically stop charging and discharging after any test conditions are reached, and have a variety of test fault alarm displays such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, voltage test terminal reverse connection.

• Rich expansion interface: The back of the instrument has multi-machine parallel, remote control, USB and other communication interfaces.

• Equipped with professional analysis and management software for upper computer: Be able to carry out in-depth analysis of test data generated by the equipment, including single voltage curve, whole group of voltage curve, whole group of current curve, single bar chart, real-time data table, password protection of upper computer software, experimental conclusions and other functions. It can automatically generate Excel or Word document format reports according to requirements and then print and archive them.
