    I. Main Technical Features

    1.Full Automatic Test Instrument
    Simply set the highest output voltage and maximum output current, and the instrument will automatically boost from zero to perform various tests. It automatically records test data, the volt-ampere characteristic curve, 10% and 5% error curves, and calculates the turning point values. This eliminates cumbersome steps like manual voltage regulation, manual recording, and curve tracing, greatly improving testing efficiency.     3.Output Keeping
    The "Keeping Boost" function is used for measurement, detection, and secondary AC withstand voltage testing. It also facilitates the secondary loop check.
    4.True Effective Value Sampling
    All voltage and current signals are sampled as true and valid values, ensuring accuracy. Please use a true RMS meter for correction.
    5.Single Power Supply, Easy to Operate
    The device only requires a single input power supply of AC 220V, eliminating the need for the 380V power supply used by some manufacturers to meet technical requirements.
    6.U-Disk Data Save

    2、Basic Structure And Composition
    The host device includes an automatic booster, a built-in flow device, a microcomputer control system, and an 8-inch color LCD screen in Chinese, with a resolution of 800x600. It also features a micro printer, touch operation, USB connectivity, and more. The host device can be directly used for the volt-ampere characteristic test and inflection point calculation of CTs, including the 5% and 10% error curves, variable ratio polarity test, contrast test, angle difference test, secondary circuit load testing, and a flow-through test. It also supports volt-ampere characteristic tests and variable ratio polarity tests for PTs, as well as secondary side testing.

    III.Common Fault Handling And Usage

    1, If the device has no current and voltage output, please check the insurance of the panel power outlet inside (20A) is disconnected. If it is,the single stranded copper wire with the same thickness has been used for welding. Of course, it is best to replace insurance of the same model.
    2, Do ratio test, if one side of a current rise, no current secondary  side current, Multimeter measuring instrument test CT ratio secondary side, so secondary side is pathways: 1) please check whether the CT secondary side open circuit; (2) please check whether phase of the secondary side wiring is the same with one side .
    3, Host each function module can save up to 50 sets of data, the instrument without power ,data can be permanently stored in the data, in order not to affect your normal work, please print or upload data in a timely manner to save the computer.
    4, Currently on the market , other manufacturers will add a core function of demagnetization in the device,  this function is in fact secondary applying an AC voltage of CT, and then return ,that is  demagnetization. In fact, it is the volt ampere characteristics of the test, you can check relevant information. 
    5.1000A models, Inside the wiring package will configure four high-current conductor, respectively, two 50 square, two 35 square root, less than 600 a, you just need two lines of 50 square to normally rise, higher than 600 a, need to another group of wires 35 square in parallel using.
