The HZCR-5230 simultaneously measures 3 voltage and 4 current channels with class 0.5 accuracy per IEC-61010 CAT III 1000V / CAT IV 600V safety standards. It captures real-time waveforms, phase diagrams, and TRMS values for complete power network health assessment in utility substations and industrial plants.Supporting 6 interchangeable current sensors including flexible coil (up to 6000A), clamp sensors (8mm to 50mm), and DC current sensors, the instrument adapts to diverse measurement environments from compact switchgear to large busbar systems without tool changes or recalibration.The analyzer performs harmonic decomposition up to the 51st order with phase angle measurement per harmonic, displaying bar-graph ratio and THD for each phase. It detects voltage flicker, sag, swell, inrush current, and three-phase unbalance, providing a complete power disturbance profile for preventive grid maintenance.A single button executes volt-ampere phase testing, turns ratio verification, and DC measurement, streamlining routine inspection workflows. The built-in 8G memory (expandable to 32G) stores waveforms, screenshots, and parametric logs with USB export to PC, enabling comprehensive trend analysis without field notebooks.Featuring a 7-inch color touch screen with English/Chinese switching and a double-insulated anti-vibration sheath, the HZCR-5230 is built for harsh substation environments. The high-capacity 5200mAH lithium battery ensures extended field operation, while the 1M Ohm input impedance guarantees safe, accurate high-voltage measurements.
