I.Main Functions and Features
• The product is utilized color touch screen. It can be operated via finger or the touch pen with convenience and flexibility.
• Data save mode: Internal save and external save(SD Card )
• Enhanced over voltage protecting function ,
• Automatically recovery the over current protecting function
• Overheating protection .
II.Discharge Function
The discharge function allows for discharging at a constant current using an intelligent dummy load after the battery string is removed from the system. Parameters such as “discharge current,” “discharge time,” “discharge capacity,” “final protective voltage of the whole string,” and “final protective voltage of the cell” should be set. The tester will then automatically carry out the discharge process and display real-time data including discharge current, battery discharged capacity, whole string voltage, cell voltage, discharge time, etc. If the string reaches the set values for final discharge voltage, final discharge capacity, final discharge time, or if any cell voltage falls below the set value for final cell voltage, the discharge test can be stopped either automatically or manually.
It can save up to 10 sets of discharge test data, and users can perform query, deletion, and export operations using an SD card.
The computer can connect to the instrument via serial communication to control tests, monitor the instrument in real-time, and perform graphical analysis.
III.Automatic protection function
1.The tester will automatically stop the test if it detects any abnormalities in the whole battery string or individual cells, or if it detects a malfunction in the tester itself, to protect the battery during the test process.
2.The host machine of the tester integrates the monitoring and power sections. The power section uses high-efficiency, new-type components, making it a compact, high-efficiency comprehensive tester for storage batteries.
3.The user-friendly interface is easy to operate with a clear flow, and each operation provides English prompts. The tester features an aquamarine blue, high-brightness, large-screen LCD with a clear and visually appealing display.
4.The upper computer data management software offers powerful functions with a user-friendly interface, enabling data management, printing, report analysis and statistics, and the automatic creation of test reports.
Test Procedure Introduction
Discharge Test Procedure:
Step1: Pull“ On” on the discharge switch ( to prevent reverse connection of the discharge cable and damage the tester , and also if misconnection, the warning will be given.)
Step2: Connect the discharge cable to the the host machine and battery bank respectively. ) Note: Red line is + positive ; Black line : - Negative ) reverse connection will be warning . ( See details in section 2.5 )
Step 3: Connect group voltage test line to the two poles of battery string.
Step 4: Plug in and switch on the tester.
Step 5 : Enter into discharge test parameters setup.( see details in 3.2)
Step 6: Pull “ off”on the discharge switch .
Step 7: Press “ ok” start test
