Huazheng HZ3151 5kv Insulation Resistance Meter
I. Features
1.The fully isolated power supply scheme is used, with the low-voltage circuit (battery-powered, human-computer interaction circuit) completely electrically isolated from the high-voltage circuit (NC high-voltage power supply, signal sampling circuit). The isolation voltage is as high as 30kV, ensuring operator safety.
2. It features an industrial-grade 7-inch color LCD screen with a high resolution of 1024×600, a viewing angle of 85°, and a brightness of 400 cd/m². The screen is a capacitive touch display made of explosion-proof glass, offering excellent tactile feedback and durability.
3. It has a single-button shuttle function, along with buttons that have color backlighting, providing operators with an improved user experience.
4.It supports 6 voltage ranges:
100V, 250V, 500V, 1000V, 2500V, 5000V.
Custom voltage mode is available from 50V to 5000V, continuously adjustable in 10V steps.
5. The maximum output short-circuit current is 6mA, with adjustable settings for 1mA, 2mA, 3mA, 4mA, 5mA, and 6mA.
6. The maximum continuous output power is 25W.
7. It includes an independent discharge circuit that allows for the rapid discharge of the test product after testing.
8. It supports multiple test functions, including insulation resistance (IR), absorption ratio (DAR), polarization index (PI), dielectric discharge rate (DD), and step voltage (SV).
9. It supports two DAR absorption ratio calculation modes: R600s/R30s and R600s/R15s.
10. It functions as both a DC and AC voltmeter, automatically identifying DC and AC voltage signals and measuring the frequency of AC voltage signals.
11. It has a cable length measurement function.
12. It is equipped with controllable hardware and software filters, greatly improving the instrument's anti-interference performance.
13. Test times for various modes are saved independently and do not affect one another, making it convenient for subsequent use.
14. It features automatic shutdown when idle or when the battery is low. The automatic shutdown time can be set.
15. It supports USB storage, allowing test data to be exported in batches. It also supports firmware upgrades for both the main control unit and high-voltage power supply via USB.
16. It includes an RS232 communication interface (optional RS485).
17. It supports Bluetooth communication.
18. It is equipped with a large-capacity built-in lithium battery and a fast charger. Both the instrument panel and LCD screen display the current charging status.
