Huazheng HZ2611 Transformer Short Circuit Impedance Tester
I. Main Functions and Features
1.The instrument features a 7-inch true-color LCD that can measure electrical parameters such as voltage, current, angle, power, etc. It also displays the vector diagram of voltage and current clearly and intuitively on the same screen.
2.It can measure the impedance, reactance, resistance, impedance voltage percentage, and other parameters of both single-phase and three-phase transformers.
3.The instrument includes a harmonic analysis function, capable of measuring the 1st to 24th harmonic content of the voltage and current applied to the transformer. It can display bar graphs and voltage and current waveforms for easy analysis.
4.With a built-in three-phase inverter power supply, the instrument can test the impedance of a three-phase transformer without requiring an on-site three-phase power supply or voltage regulator, making it convenient for field use.
5.The instrument supports data storage and browsing functions. It uses a DBF database to store test data or browse test records according to user needs. The USB export function allows test data to be transferred via USB, and the database can be opened in Excel, making it easy to edit, print, or archive.
6.It adopts a 7-inch true-color touch screen with an EmWin GUI interface, built-in 128MB memory (expandable with a 4GB memory card), supports Chinese character input, and is user-friendly.
7.The instrument is compact, lightweight, and provides accurate measurements. It features a non-volatile calendar and clock function, allowing the test time to be recorded at any point.
8.The built-in printer allows for convenient on-site printing of test records.

III.Wiring and Precautions
When using the instrument, please follow the wiring and operation instructions provided in this manual.
1.Grounding: The grounding terminal or the grounding terminal in the power cord should be securely grounded nearby.
2.Setting Parameters: Before starting the test, enter the correct settings. Enter the storage number to save the test results under this record number, then set the appropriate parameters based on the transformer being tested. After setting, click the "Save" button to save the parameters and enter the test interface. To start the test, select the test parameter (impedance or others) and click the "Start" button. Slowly increase the test voltage to complete the test. At the end of the test, click the "End" button to save the test record and complete the test.
3.Touch Screen Operation: The instrument is fully operated via the touch screen. Please handle it carefully to avoid damage.
