I. Features
Direct Resistance Features:
1.This product is suitable for testing 10kV and 35kV distribution transformers, transformers, motors, generators, and other inductive loads. It is also used for measuring wires, relay switch contacts, and more.
2.The instrument includes a temperature conversion function, allowing resistance values to be adjusted for different temperatures as needed, making data comparison easier.
3.It has protection features, including discharge sound alarms, power supply overheating protection, and reverse voltage connection protection.
4.The on-load switch can be switched directly while in measurement mode, and the instrument automatically refreshes the data without requiring a reset.
5.The instrument offers 6 current settings and features an automatic current range function that selects the appropriate current setting based on the load.
II.Transformation Ratio Features:
1.The instrument uses a three-phase precision inverter power supply, eliminating the harmonic influence of mains voltage during measurement, which enhances accuracy. It also ensures stable operation when the power source is a generator.
2.The three-phase output voltage improves test speed. It can measure the phase angle between phases and automatically identify the wiring group (0-11). For rectifier transformers with multiple windings at low voltage, it can measure the transformation ratio and angle deviation (up to 7.5°) without disconnecting the low-voltage side.
3.The instrument is compatible with a wide range of transformers, particularly suitable for Z-type transformers, rectifier transformers, grounding transformers, and electric furnace transformers.
It features protections for high and low voltage reverse connections, transformer turn-to-turn short circuits, incorrect tap changer settings, and short circuits in the output, enhancing instrument stability.
4.After entering the rated parameters, the instrument can automatically measure the transformer’s ratio, error value, and tap position. It is especially effective for tap changers with asymmetrical tap changes, accurately identifying the tap changer position even for units with up to 99 tap points.
5.The instrument is equipped with a 7-inch high-brightness touch color LCD screen, ensuring clear visibility even under strong light. The full touch-screen operation allows for seamless switching between Chinese and English.
