The HZ-A50 trolley-type cable fault tester is a cable fault testing system that our company has been dedicated to developing for many years in the field of power cable fault detection.     I. Advantages and Characteristics:

    1. Fault Testing Unit
    1.1. It features a 12.1-inch large screen, controlled by a knob and mouse, with a bright LCD display that is suitable for outdoor use in sunlight. The distance measurement unit is powered by lithium batteries, making it convenient for on-site testing while providing strong stability.
    1.2. Using the latest integrated communication technology, the collected signal remains stable. The host can automatically select six sampling frequencies, ranging from a minimum of 6.25 MHz to a maximum of 200 MHz. The adaptive pulse width can meet the testing requirements for cables of varying lengths, reduce prediction errors, and improve testing accuracy.
    1.3. The software automatically recognizes and searches for low-voltage pulse and multiple pulse wave heads, positions waveform fault inflection points, and displays the fault distance. It can show waveforms in three distinct zones on the same screen and randomly display ten measured waveforms for selection. Additionally, it supports both automatic and manual processing modes, allowing dual positioning operation of waveforms. The dual cursor movement can be accurate to 0.15 meters, improving testing accuracy and reducing waveform errors.
    1.4. Built-in measured waveforms and test physical wiring diagrams provide convenience for on-site testing comparisons and daily learning. The system can automatically generate and print test reports, which can be kept as cable operation and maintenance records.
