IV. Main features of the product
The pumping speed is fast. The vacuum pump and roots pump can be started simultaneously, increasing the efficiency by 40%.
The equipment automatically adjusts the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the Roots pump and vacuum pump to ensure that the exhaust port of the Roots pump is always at its highest pressure state. This also ensures that the gas at the inlet of the vacuum pump always maintains the highest compression ratio. The exhaust port of the Roots pump is equipped with a liquid cooling device, which not only prevents the Roots pump from overheating but also reduces the volume of the compressed gas exiting the Roots pump. Other Roots vacuum pumps can only be started when the vacuum degree is reduced to 1000–2000 Pa.
High vacuum.
A two-stage or three-stage vacuum pump is used. A two-stage vacuum pump is used for pumping capacities of 4,000 cubic meters and below, while a three-stage vacuum pump is used for capacities exceeding 4,000 cubic meters. The ultimate vacuum can reach below 0.1 Pa.
Highly stable and reliable.
Vacuum pumps and Roots vacuum pumps are from imported brands: Leybold and Atlas Copco (Leybold was wholly acquired by Atlas Copco in 2018). The electronic vacuum gauge is also an imported brand: Leybold.
Unique environmental protection and energy saving technology.
When the vacuum level in the container reaches the customer's set value, the vacuum pump at the second stage stops running. The first-stage vacuum pump then continues to run to maintain the required vacuum, thereby achieving energy savings.
With liquid level protection.
The oil and gas separator is equipped with a liquid level sensor. When the PLC detects the liquid level, the vacuum unit stops running and sends an alarm message to prevent the vacuum pump oil from becoming polluted.
With power protection.
When the PLC detects that the power supply is out of phase, wrong phase or the voltage is too high or too low, the equipment enters the protection state and sends out an alarm message to prevent the vacuum from being damaged due to the reverse rotation of the motor.
Equipped with motor overload protection.
When the PLC detects that the motor current exceeds the set value, the device enters a protective state and sends out an alarm message to prevent the motor from being damaged.
Simple operation mode.
With PLC intelligent control, the equipment can be started and stopped with a single key, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
