     I. Overview

    1. Purpose

    The HZDL-1000III three-phase high current generator (referred to as three-phase

    current regulator) is a testing equipment independently developed by our company.

    It combines the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, adopts CNC

    technology, and has strong anti-interference ability. Compared with the previous

    generation of current regulators, it has the advantages of large output power, small

    size, and light weight due to the use of low-power, large capacity self coupled

    voltage regulators and converters made of high permeability iron cores. Mainly used

    for thermal relays, motor protectors, contactors, circuit breakers, air switches,

    switchgear, circuit breakers, and protection screen calibration.

    2. Performance characteristics

    testing.

    High measurement accuracy of 0.5 levels

    Small in size and light in weight, the volume is only 30% to 70% of that of similar

    products, making it very convenient to carry.

    3. In terms of operation

    (1) After wiring is completed, it should be checked again to see if there are any

    wiring errors and if the connectors are in good contact.

    (2) During the testing process, if there is any ignition or any abnormal phenomena

    such as no display during startup, the power should be immediately turned off and

    the wiring should be rechecked.

    (3) In actual wiring, the current output terminals should form a loop, otherwise

    the instrument will not output current.

    (4) This converter comes with a random output wire; The output external copper wireshould be selected according to 10A/mm2. (Standard configuration includes two

    3-meter test lines)

    (5) The capacity of this device is designed for a short duration of 5 minutes. If

    used for batch testing, the working time should be less than 2.5 minutes. Wait for

    10 minutes before proceeding with the next work. If conducting temperature rise (30

    minutes to 24 hours), it should be prepared according to long-term working

    temperature rise.
