The transformer oil filter is a mechanical device specifically designed for filtering and purifying transformer oil. Its core function is to remove solid impurities, water, and gases from the oil, thereby improving the oil's quality and enhancing the insulation strength of the transformer oil.

The instrument uses an infrared sensor at its core, combined with high-precision sampling ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter) and a high-speed ARM CPU. Currently, some service providers are still using electrochemical sensors based on the principle of electrical conductivity for SF6 detection. However, these sensors cannot meet the requirements of the power industry for low-range SF6 testing, such as 0-50 PPM or 0-3000 PPM. In contrast, infrared SF6 sensors can be customized to cover these specific ranges.

Consequently, the requirements for the installation, commissioning, overhaul, and maintenance of SF6 electrical equipment are becoming increasingly stringent. Relevant departments have set higher quality and time standards for vacuuming and refilling gas during the construction and maintenance of SF6 electrical equipment, especially for Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS).

The SF6 gas density relay calibrator is an important component used to monitor changes in SF6 gas density within the SF6 switch body during operation. Due to the infrequent action of the SF6 gas density relay calibrator in field operations, it often becomes inflexible and exhibits poor contact after a period of time. Additionally, the temperature compensation performance of the density relay may deteriorate. Sudden changes in ambient temperature can frequently lead to the misoperation of the SF6 density relay calibrator. Therefore, the DL/T596-1996 Preventive Test Code for Power Equipment stipulates that each user of SF6 switches must regularly calibrate the SF6 gas density relay calibrator.
The SF6 density relay calibrator is developed in accordance with the DL/T259-2012: Calibration Specification for SF6 Density Relay Calibrator, issued by the National Energy Administration.

SF6 gas is widely used as an insulating and arc-quenching medium in high-voltage electrical equipment, such as circuit breakers and gas-insulated switchgear (GIS). This SF6 gas recovery device features an oil compressor imported from Italy. The compressor is specifically designed for SF6 gas recovery, with a displacement capacity of 6.5 m³/h and a maximum output pressure of 4.5 MPa (though the device pressure is controlled at 3.8 MPa). As a high-pressure compressor, it offers low power consumption, which significantly reduces the volume and weight of the SF6 recovery device.
