The insulation resistance tester, also known as a digital insulation resistance tester, megohmmeter, or intelligent insulation resistance tester, is suitable for insulation testing in the maintenance, repair, testing, and calibration of various electrical equipment.

This instrument features a clear and uniform insulation resistance scale, simple operation, easy portability, low power consumption, a long service life, and a battery capacity check function. It is ideal for measuring the insulation resistance of transformers, mutual inductors, generators, high-voltage motors, power capacitors, power cables, lightning arresters, and other electrical devices.

In the manufacturing process of transformers, including semi-finished product testing, factory tests for finished products, installation, overhauls, tap changer adjustments, handover tests, and preventive tests as required by the power department, it is necessary to measure the DC resistance and transformation ratio of the transformer. This testing can check the welding quality of winding joints, detect inter-turn short circuits in the winding, verify the contact quality of each position of the voltage tap changer, and ensure that the actual position of the tap changer aligns with the indicated position. It also helps identify issues like stock breaks.

Traditional testing methods require multiple wiring setups and interval tests using two separate instruments, which is time-consuming and inefficient, significantly delaying production progress.

To address the need for faster measurements of DC resistance and transformation ratios in transformers, our company has developed the HZ2162 DC Resistance and Transformer Turns Ratio Integrated Tester. This instrument features a one-time wiring setup, allowing both the transformation ratio test and high/low six-phase DC resistance tests to be completed without disconnecting the wires. All functions can be easily accessed and operated through a touch screen.

This instrument is specifically designed to address the challenges in the field measurement of high-voltage shunt capacitor banks in substations. It was developed based on national standards such as GB3983.2-1989 (High Voltage Shunt Capacitors), DL/T840-2003 (Technical Conditions for the Use of High-Voltage Parallel Capacitors), and JB5346-1998 (Series Reactors). The instrument is primarily used for measuring the reactive power compensation devices, including high-voltage shunt capacitor banks and reactors.

Equipped with a high-speed microprocessor, this instrument synchronously collects both the voltage and current signals from the test product. It then automatically calculates the equivalent capacitor and inductance values. There is no need to disconnect any wiring, simplifying the testing process and significantly improving work efficiency. After testing, the instrument automatically calculates the capacitance of each phase and other key parameters, making it easy to identify capacitor quality changes and detect faults in the connecting conductors between devices.

The HZJB-II Single Phase Relay Protection Tester is a portable field testing device with excellent performance. It features an elegant, polished appearance with an aluminum alloy chassis and PC panel. Controlled by an ARM chip, the tester has an LCD screen that displays voltage and current outputs, as well as a stopwatch.

The instrument provides fully isolated outputs for adjustable AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, and adjustable DC voltage.
