Huazheng HZNZ-300 Portable Battery Internal Resistance Tester

The battery internal conductance tester uses a color resistance touch screen. The instrument can be operated by finger or stylus, making it flexible and convenient. It is a digital, multifunctional, portable tester designed for fast and accurate measurement of battery operating parameters. The instrument can detect the voltage, impedance, or conductance of a single battery online, store and process the detected data, issue alarms for battery failure, and accurately distinguish the condition of the battery. The instrument allows for saving, querying, deleting, and exporting test data. The upper computer software analyzes and displays the test data through various charts and automatically generates a battery test report.

    During the test, do not clamp the test clip on the screw cap, which will affect the test accuracy, but can be clamped on the pole or the connection strip.
    The reference impedance or conductance of the battery depends on the battery manufacturer. This parameter has a certain impact on the evaluation of the remaining capacity.

    This instrument has the function of accurately measuring the impedance of the battery. The connection method with the battery is as shown in the figure above:
    Note: It is not necessary to distinguish the polarity of the test clip! (This instrument has bidirectional measurement function)

    This instrument has the function of measuring the resistance of the connection bar, but this function cannot directly connect the test clip to both ends of the connection bar for testing, and it needs to be connected to the battery, which is completed in two steps, as shown in the figure above:

    In the group test, when the "connection bar/connecting strip test" mode is selected, test the connection sequence of test clips 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in the figure above. The meter will automatically calculate the impedance value and connection bar resistance value of each battery. After the battery impedance is tested, the meter will pause the test and prompt "Switch test clip". After the connection bar test is completed, the meter will prompt "Test completed".
